Paik's Noodle - Carrollton

Sunday afternoon.This was my first visit and didn’t really know what to expect.It’s actually a self-serving place.Go inside and go next to the counter to order.One of the guys handing out food from the kitchen told me to enjoy my food and he was immediately cleaning some tables. Friendly Hard worker.Foods were great! Not too salty or too greasy.맛있네요. 깔끔해요.음식 주방에서 넘겨주는 남자분 친절해요.

I highly recommend a bowl of black bean noodles and a side of pot sticker. Fried dumplings are nice and crispy and are good for scooping up black bean sauce.

Your basic JJM restaurant with the essentials. The noodles were very good and cooked well. We got almost everything on the menu and it all tasted great. I wish this restaurant had more locations since we had to drive all the way to Carrollton but it'd be worth going again for food when we're craving it.

Dont go here if you want to get yelled and get humiliated by the worker (maybe she is the owner). When I ordered my food, what I got was tiny bit of radish that came with it that could be finished within one bite. So I proceeded to grab radish at their self serve station where you can grab as much as you want. But the lady working at the front yelled at me. I get that maybe their radishes get wasted by people. Ok, well then you guys have bad business plan. Dont have it in the self serve section where people can grab it. They are too lazy to serve extra for people every time they ask so they have it in the self serve station and yell at them for grabbing more radish. It 's ridiculous. And also, why yell? She couldve said it nicely. It totally ruined my experience here. I couldnt even take a bite of that food. Thats how bad she yelled at me in front everyone in the restaurant.Great job for them. They saved their radish. I wasted my money here.

Decided to go here because we wanted noodles for dinner. We had never been here before, so it was helpful to have the pictures up. They even had the most popular items posted to help you make a decision. When the food is ready, they put it on a red serving tray and call you to pick up the order yourself. Servings were a nice a big, definitely a lot to eat. To Go containers cost 50 cents each, so be prepared to pay to take your food home. Food was ok, service was ok.
