This is a wonderful family-style restaurant. The owner serves excellent side dishes that really enhance the experience. When I'm there, especially on a chilly day with a steaming bowl of bibimbap, it feels just like being at home in Korea. Delicious! The surrounding area is dotted with Korean shops and karaoke bars, making it feel like a quick escape to Seoul. Although this Korean neighborhood is small, it has a warm and inviting atmosphere!
I think this has to be my all-time favorite Dolsot Bibimbap (hot stone) rice bowl! It stayed burning hot throughout my entire meal, definitely satisfying my craving. It might look a bit greasy at the bottom, but that’s how it achieves that delicious crispy rice. Other places I've been to just serve it hot without the oil to maintain that texture. The spicy sauce was perfect—not overly sweet like at other places. I tried a bit of my friend’s beef soup, but I wasn’t a fan of the beef’s flavor; it seemed somewhat lacking. Definitely go for the Bibimbap!
The staff was wonderful, and our food arrived quickly. It was very tasty and perfectly satisfying! The portions are large and great for sharing, haha. I would definitely recommend this place!
We live in OKC and every time we're down to Dallas we make this our 1st stop to eat. We usually eat there twice when we're down there for a few days. This is how much we enjoy it!
