Wendy's - Carrollton

Drive through experience was terrible. Waited at the menu for 15 minutes and not a single person asked for our order. If you’re going to stay open until 11 then you should probably have better customer service .

Very dirty and unkempt. The staff was super unfriendly and the kitchen was very dirty. Not again

No hamburger meat at all what happened could barely see or taste it!!!

I use to work at a Wendy's, I know what should and shouldn't happen. I ordered a parmesan Ceasar salad with ranch instead of Ceasar and added bacon to it. Not only did my salad have barely any lettuce, it also didn't come with bacon even though I paid extra for it. Not to mention I ordered a bacon and cheese potato with sour cream. I got the sour cream.. but I got a Chive potato instead! This isn't the first time the night shift has messed up my order either. I don't expect perfection but I've worked at Wendy's before and I was a manager. I know accidents happen but this wasn't an accident, I watched the two young men read the screen multiple times and still messed up the order. I'm done ordering from here. This is ridiculous, tonight was the last straw. Honestly save your money and order anywhere else! This Wendy's absolutely sucks! And I'm not the only one who has had this experience.

Food and service are hit and miss and more of a miss lately.
