The service is standard, nothing to shout home about. It's functional, the food is good, but like with any chain it seems to just follow a formulaic practice without trying to hard to impress Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Cod, Sausage Supper
Haven’t been in a while to this John Dorys, last time wasn’t great, this time was worse, rubbery chicken not actually sure it was cooked fully and fish bites you could ring out, cost of living and the price of things do better John Dorys ! Nice and clean shop. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Ordered fish and chips with curry sauce The fish had soggy batter when I opened up the box. Looked and tasted like the fish was microwaved instead of cooked fresh. Total cost £12.75. Chips was mediocre and the curry sauce tasted like it had wasabi put into it! Not the best place for fish chips in my view. Had better for less. Sorry guys, that's the honest truth.
