The service and food are wonderful. We always go with the basque option for only $6 more. They do prefer if you make reservations, but we have just walked in and been seated.

We had lunch in the carson valley country club. the decor is wonderful with a striking western thema with a beautiful view of the golf course driving range from the windows. my crab salad sandwich was very good and the service was friendly! we are planning to return!

We had a spectacular dinner here! the steak sandwich was phe-nom and the sides were all spectacular! dinner salat perfectly made, children's offers were a hit with one that was super picky and the french wobble soup....oh my! our server chris was also top notch. they have a great staff here when we went and would just do this place again. was moderately busy so that the dinge came out quickly. all 5 stars.

I had the special last weekend. it was a delicious white fish that was braided over a herbal rattle thickened with cocose cream! perfect for my nutritional restrictions. a rare sound. I hope to see it more often on the menu.
