Friendly people. Sausages were priced well. The downside is the thickness of the sausage casing. It’s like eating rubber. This is a personal taste of course. The two sausages we tried has a very high fat content. Some may like this but to us it impacted the taste too much.

Flocchini Family Provisions is a little weird name for a sausage factory, cause by the name you have no idea what they do here. But, Flocchini Family Provisions is our local sausage maker right here in little ole' Carson City. They mostly do whole sale production for resale at restaurants, grocery stores and deli's. But they do have walk in retail right here at the factory. These are premium sausages, way better than the mass produced stuff like Oscar Meyer or Farmer John's. Plus, they have many creative sausage mixes you'd not see elsewhere.I posted pics of some of the flavors available. They even have wild game sausage, like elk, wild boar, pheasant and venison. All on sale! yep, they do take credit cards. And Yep, you gotta wear a mask when inside. I need to go back for more!If you like sausages, this is the place to come, even worth the drive if you don't live in Carson. BBQed up, these are some damn tasty sausages!
