Red's Old 395 Grill - Carson City

Oh my goodness, the ambiance, service, and food were absolutely fantastic.

We have been regular customers at Red's 395 for quite some time, usually visiting for lunch when we come into Carson City monthly. We have always appreciated the atmosphere, service, and consistent quality of food at this restaurant. However, our recent experience on May 21st was extremely disappointing. One of our favorite hamburger selections was no longer available on the menu, and the item we ordered was not what we expected. The pulled pork sandwich, which we have always enjoyed, was lacking in quality. The bun was dry and hard, and the small container of sauce provided was not enough. While we understand the safety concerns that may have led to the removal of self-service bottles, we were disappointed by the limited sauce. Despite these issues, the service was as good as always. We hope that this was just a one-off experience and not indicative of a decline in quality at Red's 395.

Phenomenal place! From burgers to smoked meat and steaks. Must have to visit. Bonus interior decorations remind you of an old museum.

Always a winner. Sure there is better bbq in the world but this is the best By Far in Carson City or the surrounding area. Super cool inside w all kinds of old timey flare. Nice big wooden tables inside a cozy dark space gr8 for families the bar is super welcoming w too many beers on tap w keep track of dude try the parmesean fry bread it's so addicting oh and they do brick oven fresh made pizza... so freakin delish!!!

GREAT PLACE. Ribs were tender and delicious. My flatiron steak was over cooked. Pickled onion was a welcomed surprise
