Took us 10 min to get menus and drinks then when we finally got our food, my sisters food was raw. When we got a new burger, it had a hair in it.

I have dealt with nothing but very rude employees, horrible service the food is just gross. They get my order wrong everytime and it takes 30 minutes sometimes...

The portions are huge. The service was prompt, knowledgeable and positive. The music is great!!
