Wendy's - Carson City

Went to Wendy?s over by fandango at 10 PM on a Friday night. I ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets and I received cold chicken nuggets. I got a large fry, and the portioning was a medium. The tall guy in the background , with big eyebrows, looked at me with an attitude.

On 9/24/22 at 10:47pm, I arrived to pick up my online order at the restaurant. As I approached the drive-thru, I noticed three male employees leaving. They informed me that they had closed at 10:00pm and promised a refund for my order. However, I had confirmed with the restaurant just three days prior that they were open until midnight every night. If a business advertises being open until midnight, they should honor those hours. This experience was disappointing and felt like a joke.

So I order through door dash my two double stacks showed up two patties in a Tupperware and that was it two patties in two Tupperware. I ordered spicy nuggets I received a mix of reg and spicy in the container because someone was to lazy to make the correct food. I called the store no answer big shocker there. People paying for doordash already pay way to much for the convenience you would think the vender making the food which is also marked up could get it rite.

I don?t usually rate fast food places but I think this might be one of the best Wendy?s experience I?ve had?everything is super hot?fries are crisply frosty is solid?A

When we arrived at the restaurant, we had difficulty finding the entrance as we had parked at an angle away from the door. After a bit of searching, we eventually found our way inside to discover that the building was empty, with no other customers present. Despite this, we received acceptable service and our order was quickly prepared. The food was not exactly what we had ordered, and the restaurant itself appeared dirty. Overall, we would give it 3 stars due to the inconvenience of finding the entrance, but the rest of the experience was satisfactory.
