Wanted to see if they live up to the voting to win as BEST. Had the typical combination plate with Taco, Enchilada, rice and beans. The beans were excellent. Unlike other chains the beans weren’t bland. They had a slight chili color which tells me that certain spices were used. It made a difference as beans are the staple food of any Mexican Restaurant =star. Enchilada was hot (steaming) the cheese was actually melted inside the tortilla=star. Taco was freshly fried shell, which makes a huge difference=star. Service, waitress greeted me immediately and brought chips salsa quickly=star. Restaurant was clean and was rated A by the health Dept.=star. Total 5 stars.
