There were some small pieces of cut up squid, a few prawns, two small pieces of chicken and no other meat at all. I would suggest if you want a genuine Spanish paella you visit a small restaurant in the neighboring village of Los Belones. The evening started with an extraordinary Bouche. A pencil thin gaspacio which was drunk using a straw, and a fish ball, all dressed up to be something special, which it was not. I started with a scallop dish which was acceptable, but very overpriced at 19euros. Then the paella and I left a very disappointed man.
We have only eaten lunch here but have not been disappointed it is a lovely setting we had a variety of food between a family of six from club sandwiches to steak cooked ourselves on hot stones to salads etc. The Iberico ham some of the best we have had very melt in the mouth. We ate here last year as well again only at lunch I had the Tuna which was very good.
We have had some lovely lunches here, with friendly staff relaxing surroundings. We've never eaten in the evening here, but will do so soon hopefully.
