Furca - Cartago

At first visit in costa rica and furca is the first restaurant I visit. it is a fine dinner with a lot of variety on the menu, furca is a farm to make the restaurant too table most of them budgeted and meat are from local farms in costa rica. drinks, sorting weine, eating are delicious, they even have children's menu. if they are in jose, this restaurant is a must to visit restaurant. they also served delicious old steak for steak lovers like me.

I sat here for dinner because a colleague recommended this place and now I understand why. the dining room was completely booked, so we sat at the bar. jorge and jerry at the bar to take care of us. good menu and drink recommendations. both big botanicals for the restaurant! it is not a cheaper place, but absolutely high-quality eating and drinks! highly recommended.

Fine eating as best in the world, as I housemuffe, bark carpaccio, ribeye carved and cooked to a perfect medium, ente confit, pesto maische, gorgonzola maische all executed beautiful. it was a true culinary experience and a pleasure. many thanks to what a birthday meal cried to the ananas basilikum smash, excellent cocktail

I’ve been coming to this place since they open and it is a wonderful surprise that they’re still as good and keep the menu interesting. Beautiful restaurant and location it is my number one recommendation for friends visiting San Jose. Today a table was getting little rowdy and the manager decided not to sell more alcohol to them, I’ll give them extra points for keeping it classy. Their Goat Milk and Passionfruit Panna Cotta is my all time favorite but food here is very consistent and service is also wonderful.
