Contribuisci feedbackClearly states online that they close at 10pm and walked into the line at 9:52pm and the guy said we closed early. They took everything down early so they didn’t have to serve their customers. Just sad.
Slow motion network of ppl working here as if they can't comprehend what your order was and then it always comes out kinda warm or cold also watch the card reader it might charge you more than
They don't have ANYTHING they advertise. A burger king...with no burgers ...no coffee...a shame.
So we had not been to this Burger King in about a year because the service was horrible and so was the food. We got coupons in the mail and figured we’d give it a shot and we were not disappointed. There is a whole new staff there and they are very friendly and helpful. The food was good and we’ve been back a couple of times. The one time one of the ladies in there sang the whopper song with my son, he loved it. The new manager is doing an amazing job, we will be back.
The only positive is that mature lady there that serves customers with a smile and good energy.Everything one and thing else is subpar.I understand fully how being understaffed can hinder things and attitudes but when you have a customer waiting on food and you feeling like you want to do something extra like give them a little food, i.e French toady sticks, but you give them ones cold. That doesn't really make up for anything does it.I've seen enough people pay for food but leave before receiving the food due to incompetence behavior.Today I joined that party. Paid $10 but left with $5 worth of food due to incompetence.
