El Nopal - Cartersville

I spent $60 on food tonight for our entire order to either be wrong or not given to us.. I was told they would give a credit since we lived 15 minutes away and didn’t want to load 3 kids up to go back to the restaurant but I doubt we will be back, the food that was given to us was falling apart and looked like it had been sitting for hours. Pretty sure they gave us someone else’s order that decided not to pick it up. Now we are out $60 and 2 adults and 3 kids are having chips and 1 burrito for dinner.

The customer service in this restaurant is terrible from the moment you enter, they do not say hello and they do not say good afternoon either. The manager “bold”he refused to sell us a service a food ! And change the table, for people like this sir is the reason this businesses fail!

I've been coming here for years and the food is great. Enchiladas are good. The guacamole is good. This is our go to local Mexican restaurant when we are in the area.

My server Amala was the best! She was friendly, beautiful smile and took great care of us. Juan's tacos are great. The food is always excellent.

My family loves El Nopal. The food is good and always consistent. The service is always great!
