Hilton Garden Inn Cartersville

Ms.Jessica Savage was absolutely wonderful and truly embodies the Hilton elegance and standard. She definitely deserves recognition and a raise. She was truly phenomenal and I will follow up on that she gets noticed by her higher ups/managers. Thank you so much for the flawless service. You are a true role model in and out of the hotel business and they should learn by example. Got yourselves a gem ??

I was not at all happy with the condition of the room and i asked them to change the room but my room was not changed. The bed matress were in poor condition. Addtionally i was also overcharged at the time of checkin,

I think they changed the sheets in this room and that was it. The bathroom was dirty and the whirlpool tub was filthy too. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The breakfast was cereal. This was the worse Hilton experience we have ever had and will not be back to this location.

On a road trip and pull into this Hilton. What a great staff. Had a great time with a couple and the bar tender. Room was clean and comfortable.

Ok other than cleanliness in bathroom kind of shocked when I saw blood streaks in the bathroom doorway. This place is usually top of the line.
