Kroger Bakery - Cartersville

After reading some of the other reviews, it's clear that many negative comments are more about the pharmacy rather than the grocery side of things. Carterville is fortunate to have a store of this quality. It’s ten times better than any of the larger chains in Cobb. It feels more like their premium market brands, such as Harris Teeter in the Carolinas and Smith's in Utah. For those who don’t like this store, Walmart might be a better fit for their needs. However, if you're looking for a great selection, quality products, and a better overall shopping experience, then this is the place to be!

The only reason we continue to shop at Kroger is because of the prescription plan. Shopping there is far from enjoyable. We expect prompt service, but we often find ourselves waiting. I'm not surprised by the issues we've experienced with the pharmacy; please refrain from shouting at our employees. The service is so poor that I believe it stems from either a lack of local training or corporate policies. We've encountered several problems at this Kroger and have become frustrated with the service. My spouse refuses to set foot in the store anymore.

Kroger is quite similar to Walmart; they offer a wide range of products from groceries to clothing. Although it's overwhelming at times, it still has its charm. I appreciated that they also had a wine and beer section. If I lived in Cartersville, I would likely shop there more often and become more accustomed to the layout. I'm used to our Kroger on Wade Greene Road in Kennesaw, which I prefer. This particular Kroger is so large that it can be difficult to find basic items, leading to unnecessary wandering through the aisles. However, the cashier and bagger were both friendly and helpful, which made for a pleasant shopping experience overall.

That is a really beautiful location. I just moved from the kennel saw here and the kroger of wade green is fies, so I was very pleasantly surprised how beautiful and clean this was. the workers were very helpful (in contrast to those in the kennel saw). So I can honestly say that we will do this our main business right away. thanks for the recovery of my faith in kroger!

Kroger clicklist pickup. Groceries were recklessly tossed into the back of my suv causing 1/3 of my eggs to bust. Liquid egg whites poured out of the egg carton, onto other items, bags, and onto the back of my car. Everything is sticky
