Mcdonald's - Cartersville

No one working register. My cheeseburgers looked like they were smashed flat by the Hulk, cold fries.

I placed my order at the kiosk, and so did most of the people behind me. I sat there for 30 minutes waiting for my food. I watch people who order after me get their food and leave. I saw people that were waiting so long that their just wanted their money back. All while the cooks and manager were having a great conversation about what they were going to do this weekend. Finally, the manager realized I was standing there for a long time and had to have the cooks make my food again since they gave it to another customer. Regardless this location will make money since it's at a truck stop, just don't expect too much from this place

I called this morning trying to place an order for 20 Egg McMuffin's. Although they couldn't actually take the order over the phone the team started working on it right away. They were churning out sandwiches like crazy when I walked in to pick them up. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly for 515am.Good job team!

Took 20 mins to get our food curbside, then as the young man is bringing it out to us, he drops the bag of food. Proceeds to scoop it all up in the bag, puts the 3 sandwiches and one of the fries into a new bag, get us one new fry and then brings it to us. Doesn't check the sandwiches or pay attention to the fact that the one fry he transferred from the ripped bag was only half full at this point. Had to rebuild the Big Mac and Quarter Pounder when we got home so we could eat them. I'll never visit this McDonalds again!!!!

We came here at around 1 am. Waited at the speaker for about 5 mins before the lady yells “go ahead.” We ordered our food and then pulled up to the first window and waited and after a few minutes we figured the first window was closed so pulled up to the second window and waited. The employee then poked her head out the first window and yelled for us to come back. We backed up and she walked off and we waited for ab 5 mins before just leaving. This is ridiculous. I’ve worked fast food and know what it’s like to be understaffed but this is some of the worst customer service I’ve seen.
