Arzoo Indian - Carterton

We had a table for 8 people the restaurant was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and attentive it was fairly quiet. I asked for a special starter of chilli bhajis (like onion bhajis but with chillies mixed in) our waiter went to ask the chef if he could do them and he did excellent. The rest of the food was also delicious. Top marks from me

Best Indian we’ve ever had. Every dish was 10/10, even poppadoms and accompaniments were excellent, and the lovely waiter serving us (I believe he was the owner) was polite, helpful, anccomodating and attentive. We ordered the chef’s special sag wala balti chicken, lamb balti, onion and garlic rice, garlic and cheese naan and mango lassi. Every dish was incredible, ambience was lovely, can’t recommend Aangon enough. Note: it’s a little difficult to see from the road, but it’s on the first floor!

A phenomenal Indian restaurant. Stunning food, friendly and hardworking staff. Really grand. Infinitely better than the appalling, carbuncle-riddled Mum’s Comfort Food in Edinburgh.

Ordered from just eat, teenage Daughter had chicken korma for a change from something hotter. Then was violently ill from both end shortly after. Fine by the time she woke up. First and last time ordering from here. I thought my food was meh at best and priced similarly to Burford curry house which is expensive but excellent every time.

Really good Indian. Great food great beer and great service. Never disappointed here. Still awesome
