This is a really impressive bakery. The person behind the freezing technique is exceptionally talented. The cupcakes were so intricately designed that they resembled real flowers. While the taste was fantastic, it was the presentation that truly amazed me.

I reached out to Heather in a panic with less than 2 weeks to spare for my twins' birthday party hoping for a miracle. One of my girls has a rare metabolic disease that prevents her from eating protein beyond her tolerance of 3 grams per day. To say that this restriction makes finding appropriate birthday treats a challenge is an understatement. But I took a chance and reached out to Heather with all of my fingers and toes crossed. After helping her work through the initial apprehension regarding my daughter's dietary restrictions, we were able to collaborate on a cupcake recipe that would allow my daughter to enjoy the same treat as her sister and all of their friends. The cupcakes that Heather made were AMAZING and so delicious! I might have taken a second one when I was sure nobody was looking. ; I cannot recommend Heather enough. She truly cares about her customers and clearly has deep passion for her craft. Heather made a little girl's wish to be the same as everyone else come true on her birthday and I will definitely order from her again for future parties.

The chicken salad is delicious and there is a variety of baked goods that are gluten free.
