Baptist Medical Group Carthage Primary Care

I have visited Baptist Medical Clinic and have been seeing Connie Wilkerson, N.P., along with her nursing team. They are truly some of the best professionals I could hope for. Their level of professionalism, efficiency, and kindness is exceptional. I also appreciate their use of MyChart, which allows me to schedule appointments, send messages, and receive test results easily. I highly recommend Baptist Medical Clinic.

The Southern Country Breakfast is delightful, and the lunch salad bar offers a variety of fresh vegetables. You can't go wrong with the hand-breaded chicken tenders and the backyard burgers. The staff here is incredibly friendly as well!

If you're in Carthage and seeking options beyond fast food, your selections are somewhat restricted. Thankfully, the cafeteria at Baptist offers excellent meals, is open to the public, and serves three meals a day. There's even a direct entrance from the outside, so you don't have to go through the hospital to access it. I'm consistently impressed by the creativity of the menu, which changes on a weekly basis.

I waited an hour and a half in the waiting room without even being taken to an exam room. The service here is very disappointing, especially since there were only two of us waiting.

I had the pleasure of seeing Connie, the nurse practitioner, and she was fantastic! I would highly recommend her!
