Burger King - Carthage

This is by far the worst Burger King ever!!! I would give it a minus 5 starts if i could!!! On 3/31/24 around 1:15pm i had by far the nastiest experience at the Burger King in Carthage NC. The manager is untrained at his own admission. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was very sloppily made. Once I bit into it, it was not tough and I was unable to bite it. The sauce is leaking through the wrapper. I took it back and asked that they not put too much sauce on it because it makes it too sloppy to eat. After explaining about the messy sloppy sandwich I returned and asked for a sandwich that was not drowning in sauce. The new sandwich is just as bad as the first. The manager is a untrained and the customer service is the worst ever. I will never ever see go to this BK again. Not even if it was the only place open and they were giving the food away for free. Public, do yourself a favor and go to either Mc Donald's or Hardee's. At least they have managers that are trained. This is truly the worst BK and it's sad because they used to be my favorite over the others. Now I understand why they have a B rating. STAY AWAY unless you like nasty sloppy sandwiches ...this BK is good at making nasty sloppy sandwiches!!!!

The staff here is friendly and the food was great. It is very rare to find outstanding customer service like this. The Carthage location #28472) is what right looks like!

I would give it five stars if they didn't run out of ice cream every week. It's always on a Thursday also. It's like dang you 100% run out every single week since they opened so why wouldn't you start ordering a little more so this would not happen...

Well it's always hit or miss with the food at this location it's either garbage or it's ok.

Had my heart set on a deluxe spicy chicken but they were out of all chicken dishes and most fried dishes. Friendly service but still A disappointment.
