Contribuisci feedbackThe tea was good. The only problem I hadn't was I did a mobile order and I sat there 15 minutes just waiting on drinks. I stopped a worker outside and he did go and get my order. But they need to work on that cause i thought ordering on the app is supposed to get u in and out quicker.
They don't give you correct food and pur ketchup on the fish sandwich even wh3n asked they don't give
Employees unwilling to help when self check out station was not working properly.
I ordered my secret indulgence, double quarter pounder add mayo sub diced onions. I don 't eat at McDonald 's regularly and it 's even more rare that I order my indulgent burger(way too many calories to eat even semi-regularly . On this visit it had been sometime since I had eaten anything from McDonald 's other than a milk shake. Somehow they managed to burn the quarter meat so badly (both patties that there were hard, hard, hard, chunks of meat throughout the meat. Most of the meat was too hard to eat and it tasted really bad. Food gets 2 stars instead of one because my chocolate milk shake was as good as always. The service was good. The person taking the order over the headset did great. They didn 't ask, "is that all/anything else after every single item ordered, which is great. Most fast food places nowadays do that. (I understand why they try to speed up the ordering process, but if corporate or whoever decides the unreasonable time limit they have to take, make, and send out the food, 1. it wouldn 't make the customer feel rushed 2. It wouldn 't be added stress on the employees when they go over their allotted time 3. It would improve the overall customer/employee interaction. The person who took my money read my order to make sure it was right and was nice and professional. The person handing out the food made sure we had straws, napkins, and sauce/ketchup! They appeared to be in a good mood and it was overall a positive interaction! It 's hard to judge the atmosphere of the whole restaurant from the drive through, but from the employees I encountered it 's at least average or above for the customer, but I 've worked at McDonald 's and they do not treat their employees well at all.
Manager Amy was very rude. I ordered a combo and cashier charged for burger and drink and not fries. I had to wait on food because manager had sent all but 4 employees home. Will never go back when Amy is working.
