Papa Johns Pizza - Caruthersville

Did a pick up order, the kid at came to the window was chewing on a straw, talked like he had his mouth full.. requested to have the pizza cut into squares but wasn't.. it was supposed to have mushrooms but there was only 1..

Order online at 11 o'clock for a pick-up at 6. it is 6:50 o'clock and I have no pizza or refund. employees don't wear nameplates or share their names....only grin and go away. I already had bad services, but that was on a new life

The pizza is amazing. I had the mushroom and spinach with Alfredo sauce.

This place has went downhill. Over the past couple of months, I have ordered from here about 4 times and it’s been undercooked every time. They must have the oven too high because the pizza has not been done, the cheese is melted and the bottom looks done but there’s a layer of dough that is uncooked directly under the sauce.

Couldn't get orders right nor remember what you had ordered and food was really greasy and not cooked the way it should have been
