If the "Icerat" from Crystal Lake (comment below) says that Lou Malnati's is the worst thin crust pizza that he has ever had I don't know what he was
So I live in Carpentersville and order from the Carpentersville location, and they told me they dont deliver to my address.
UPDATE: The manager reached out to me personally to extend his apologies and offered a free pizza and drinks.
