Aroma Korea Sushi Grill - Cary

I’m thrilled to have discovered this hidden gem in Cary! Tucked away just off Vary Parkway, this place really impressed me. The food was exceptional. I ordered the DAK GALBI (Spicy Chicken) Bibimbap, and it was absolutely delicious. Although the egg wasn’t runny, the flavor was still fantastic. The only reason I’m giving it four stars is that the booth seats could use some reupholstering. I was wearing shorts, and the vinyl kept pinching my leg, to the point that I had to use a few napkins underneath to stay comfortable. That’s the only downside. I will definitely be back to try some of their other dishes, including sushi and Bulgogi!

As a regular customer, I felt it was time to share my thoughts on Aroma. They offer high-quality sushi that consistently tastes fresh, and the rice is perfectly textured and proportioned with the other ingredients. It's one of the best sushi places I’ve visited in the Raleigh area. Additionally, their presentation is beautiful, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.

We ordered the bulgogi fries and KFC to share, and I chose the bulgogi for my main dish. Our food was brought to the table fairly quickly. Just a heads-up, the KFC comes with three pieces of meat, as mentioned on the menu, so if you’re sharing between two people, you might need to draw straws for the last piece! Overall, I’m really glad we stopped by Aroma before heading home. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try!

Lovely authentic food! Outdoor patio was a nice naturalistic vibe. Pictured: bulgogi lettuce wraps, chicken katsu, and cilantro roll. All were fantastic!

It?s a nice restaurant that?s easy to miss if you?re driving by and not looking for it. I?ve been there several times and the presentation of their food has always been spot on. Tried both their Korean and Japanese cuisine that are equally delicious. Theambience and setting is quiet, great for a group of friends looking for some privacy. The photos are of their chirashi don. Thesashimi is of the proper thicker cut than sushi and the quality of the fish was?alright.
