Cary Ale House has a decent sized menu with a nice choice of appetizers, sandwiches, entrees, and desserts. Everything is prepared well with good flavor and good portion sizes. Had 2 entrees but oops forgot pics for the first. burger was great. blackened shrimp were good too; but i'd recommend the burger over them. flight of beers was nice, i enjoyed the yam one and also the bourbon barrel aged one the most of their produced beers. the peanut butter stout was interesting and peanut buttery indeed.

Really enjoy my date with my wife here. We started off with the house flight of beers. Their beers were very good. Not only do they have their house beers but they have many others to choose from. I ordered the special of the day which was a meat loaf with brussel sprouts and candy bacon it was amazing. My wife had the smokehouse sandwich which was pulled pork with apples it was also amazing.
