Chick-fil-a - Cary

Service is consistent, but not as friendly as before, but they simply went through a rough redesign so hope that the kindness aspect changes. The food is always good! A critic, sometimes the chicken is too small for fillets or cookies and the chicken is lost in the bungalow or biscuits.

I usually don't write reviews unless something really bothers me, especially Chick-fil-A, but I felt like I was in a Bob's Burger scene. Monday 18 Jul -5am On foot, no one in the line, waited for the recognition and to take my order. The food was dry and cold. Cheese wouldn't even melt. Again, no one waits in the line to get a sweet tea filled. All the time I eat, I watch the kids jump in the front, play and sing. I wouldn't mind if the service was all right, but it was clearly priority to the customer. Two stars. 1 for the welding tea and 1 for the frits.

I order from here about the ride through and often through the door dash partnership. The food I drive through is always right, hot and tasty. The DoorDash partnership is strange because it does not include the meal options (it only offers individual parts). Also pay 1-2 dollars more per menu item. There were also rare occasions that the delivered order was wrong. It is better to order from the trip through than the delivery partner. The staff is friendly and does a good work helps to move the line when things are busy. I recommend it for a fixed meal!

Service well, food was good. Bathroom could use so DC, have two stands and one of them had no lock. You have a good sanitary facility. But the floor and under the tables and stands I see the old dirt cold. I was filling in many chicks A and is the first time I saw something like that. Fayetteville, Lumberton, one close to the costs they are ingenious and the staff welcomes every customer who comes in our abandoned their restaurant.

Awesome experience! Friendliest evening staff! You can tell that they are a family!?? Infact, so friendly and accommodating, our group had to get a picture!
