The flan was creamy and authentic, but the tacos had their flavor diluted by the iceberg lettuce put on top. The service was great though!Parking: The restaurant is located in the Publix Shopping Center. There is plenty of parking.
Frida Kahlo would be proud. The atmosphere is festive (even night of the dead). The Margaritas are delicious, as are the shrimp tacos. In and outdoor seating. Great service from a very polite staff.Food: 5/5
Bad manager, bad experience. Went tonight after enjoying many visits before. Food was very good, but the margarita tasted like passion fruit for some reason (bartender said it was there normal mix, okay that's fine, don't remember that before). Bill comes and our bill shows margaritas are more expensive than the menu. Ok sure, mistakes happen. I raise it to the waiter and he checks with the manager. The manager said prices are subject to change, and they couldn't do anything. They lost a customer over $1. It's not much, but the principal, your menus should be accurate and you should honor them. Food was really good and waiter was nice, I just don't understand the managers perspective.
1st time trying this restaurant and I loved it. I will definitely be coming back.Food: 5/5
A Good Friend was in town so we met for late lunch at Frida's Patio. We started with Pepper Queso, then my Friend had Empanadas while I opted for their incredible Chimichanga (with shrimp/spicy) and it was perfect. Server was courteous and efficient and the meal very enjoyable!
