The employees need to stop parking by the restaurant ! You can't even park to get a sub because you all park close to the restaurant. Park out some! Past Brueggers for example so that paying customers can park to PAY money and eat . It's the same day and night! You all take up the park spots that need to be open for paying customers.

Time it takes to deliver 5 minutes away seems to be consistent. I wasn’t prepared for the 40 min wait since I haven’t lived here in a while. I remember the motto being “freaky fast.” When I called to check on the order, he did not seem to like that I was calling and asking. Even got a nice smug response before hanging up. Whoever was on phone duty this afternoon definitely comes across as someone not happy to be working there. And has no issues being rude. The food was still good so I won’t take that away. But better attitude would be nice with the world we are in right now. I’ve never even left a google review before that I can recall. That’s gotta tell ya something there.

The application for sandwich makers at jimmy Johns must say beards required ,every jimmy john locations I've been too has guys with beards making my sandwich I don't find that appetizing ,I will not spend my money on a sandwich that possibly has some guys over grown facial hair in it come on guys at jimmy John's you serve food I just spent 11.26 on a sandwich I can't eat

I come here regularly, but lately they were only busy and underoccupied, and they miss. the half of the time they don't cut the sandwich, and they miss out on things like chips. you go without them if you don't care. and there's little sense to order online if they don't add their order to the line until they go to pick it up.

I should have read the reviews, waited over 50 minutes for delivery, and I live 1.5 miles away. I canceled my order. what happened?
