Contribuisci feedbackMy husband and I went on a cute little impromptu date night. Our server was really nice and knowledgeable. She suggested the red sangria over the white sangria and I loved it. Our cheddar bay biscuits were delicious and hot. Our food came out quickly. I got the filet with Brussels sprouts and loaded mashed potatoes. I really enjoyed my meal minus the Brussels sprouts because they were hard and not edible but the sauce and seasoning was delicious on them. My husband went with the endless shrimp and enjoyed the different variations but was a little disappointed that they were out of the sauce for the coconut shrimp. Nevertheless we had a great experience and though there seemed to be a lot of people there because there was hardly any parking, they spaced everyone out so it seemed like it wasn’t super packed. We will visit again!
Red Lobster used to be delicious but that has changed dramatically. The calamari used to have broccoli and peppers in it and fried to perfection. Not anymore. It was very obviously frozen big calamari rings and they were soggy. The Caesar salad was served in a hot bowl and there was more brown lettuce than green. According to our server the kitchen had made the wrong order for 2 of our 3 dishes, not once but twice. He offered to take $20 off our bill. When our food came out, almost an hour later, one plate was warm but not hot and the other looked like it had been pieced together. I asked for a refill of my water and it took so long I thought I would have to start to lick the condensation off my glass. When our bill finally came the server had taken off $10, not the $20 as promised. The service was mediocre at best and the food quality has declined to the point that I won?t be back.
My experience was excellent from seating to service. Food was also great! Enjoyed the new menu selections and my server was the best. Going to visit again soon.
Because of the pandemic and that I have a low immune system I've been staying away from restaurants as far as dining in, but we went to the restaurant and it was after the lunch hour so it was less crowded. The server's social distance us from other people which was wonderful and the food was excellent!!! Our server Jackie was on it, friendly and took care of us. I'll have to time it just right again. For those who can't risk being compromised this is a great way to experience dining out.
So sad! It used to be if you were going to Red Lobster it was a big deal! Food used to be decent for a chain. We should have gotten a clue when the parking lot was so empty on a Friday night, but we were hoping we just got lucky. Salads came out with our meal, and was practically onions and cheese. Mine had so much water in it I could have drained it. The food was terrible, only luke warm and tasteless. Expensive meal for 2 people and I left over half of mine untouched. Shut this location down or change the managent. I cannot tell you how disappointed and disgusted we are!
