Il cibo era orribile; freddo e grasso. Non abbiamo mai ricevuto i nostri antipasti. Il manager è arrivato e offerto uno sconto per il cibo che non abbiamo mai ricevuto. Food took an extremely long time to arrive. We waited approximately an hour for our food. We never received an apology from the manager or even a table visit from the manager.
Food is consistent and good. Service was slow. Staff seemed disorganized even though it wasn't very busy while we were there. Still, nice place to dine.
Eating was good, but we sat on the back of the restaurant, which was well 10 degrees colder than the front. I'm not cold nature, but it was just too cold to enjoy our meal. my wife wore her winter coat all the time.
That was missing. definitiw needs improvement. tocuits were burned. the appetizers lasted very long and they were cold. crsb legs were extremely salty. the cheddar bay garnelen were boiled without taste.
I had never noticed red lobster reservations and thought we would try. our new waitress was very attentive
