Contribuisci feedbackI live out of town and visit this place on certain mornings. They consistently provide excellent service with a friendly attitude, even during their busiest times.
Terrible Service. After placing my order in the store, we waited 20 minutes for our drinks. I was very frustrated to see several mobile orders completed before ours. When I finally asked about our drinks, the barista informed me that their espresso machine was not working and asked if I wanted to order something else. After you made ten drinks before mine and I had waited so patiently, it was unacceptable that I had to wait 20 minutes just to be told your machine was broken. Why do mobile orders take precedence over in-store orders? This is absurd and completely ruined my afternoon with my family. To top it off, the barista offered me a gift card, but I would prefer a refund. Thank you.
This Starbucks is by far the slowest one I’ve ever been to. The staff preparing the drinks seem unsure of what they’re doing. I’m really grateful that I’m not a local customer here.
The lady at the counter was so friendly and everyone was so efficient! Everything was great!
Patio area seemed very busy yet inside was not busy until after we were leaving. customer service was great. They forgot the caramel drizzle I asked for on my mocha latte. Other than that all was good before my flight. Loved the building. A little different than your normal Starbucks location.
