Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Cary

I ordered the Chipotle chicken flatcake, Kale Slaw, and a blueberry smoothie. The flatbread was pretty good, the calal Slav tasted very fresh and tasty, and the smoothie was ok. Food came very fast and prices are very reasonable. I was satisfied with how big the smoothies were.

Nothing like order online, they charge your card and if you go to pick up the order sign at the door? Wash basin broken? ?Refunds online.? No answer phone, someone in the store won?t even you. You have several sinks I'm sure. Finished with tropical smoothies ..

So the food was good?. But one of our parties ordered a bowl and got a pack. The children who worked behind the counter were busy playing around in the back where no one could get their attention. We sat on a secondary order and they took it, sat it on the counter, without calling the order, so it sat there cold. We had to ask where it was, then we had to ask for a fork, and they disappeared back! I'm all for fun working, but if you can't get the commands right and people need to constantly look for you and YELL to get your attention because you can't hear about your music in the back. laughter, giggle, with all means; but you're at work? Do your JOB!

Delicious tropical teriyaki chicken flatbread sandwich. Chicken was tender and juicy salad, and tomatoes were fresh, the Teriyaki sauce was on place, and the Flatbread was soo soft. My smoothie hydrated me all morning/night.

Ordered a wrap and smoothie from this location for delivery. Driver showed up with only a smoothie. He said he would go back and pick up the remainder of the order...he never came back. Called the store 3 times to try and follow up...no one picked up. Thanks for stealing my money.
