Yuri Japanese - Cary

Absolutely delicious fresh and yummy as always. We come here weekly because it never disappoints and we love sushi and have been eating it for years. We have noticed that some of our other sushi haunts weren't looking as clean. This place is immaculateand the servers are wonderful.

This is the best sushi restaurant I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I have lived in New York City, have traveled quite a bit and love to go out to eat, so I don?t sing this restaurant?s praises lightly. The sushi is so fresh and tasty! Andif you want some thing a bit more indulgent, the Cary Parkway roll is fantastic! The owner, Thomas, takes great pride ineverything here. The place is immaculate, the people who work here are wonderful and if you have not tried this and you lovesushi, don?t deprive yourself any longer!

The eel sauce has a flavor reminiscent of barbecue paste, while the yum yum sauce has a unique thick texture. The sushi roll was wrapped perfectly, but skip the sauce next time!

We have been coming to this restaurant since 2011 and the quality of the fish has always been top-notch. The way they season the rice is perfect and the tempura flakes are always fresh. The avocado is never brown. I highly recommend everything from the sushi and kitchen menu. Their miso soup is also superior. The ginger dressing is delicious as well. The service is always great. This is the best sushi restaurant I have ever been to. I have lived in New York City, traveled extensively, and consider myself a food lover, so I do not praise this restaurant lightly. The sushi here is incredibly fresh and delicious! If you're looking for something more adventurous, the Cary Parkway Roll is fantastic! The owner, Thomas, takes pride in everything here. The atmosphere is spotless, the staff are friendly, and if you haven't tried and loved their sushi, you are missing out!
