Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I feel obligated to share this experience. I have gone to this Zaxby?s two times and have had very bad experiences both times. I was (and am) a huge fan of the franchise and enjoy their food. However both times I have tried this location I have had my orders grossly incorrect. On my first trip I ordered a large fry and it was missed entirely. As well as no sauces (even though they were requested and normally expected with chicken fingers). Now on a second occasion I arrive and this time I do get my extra order of ?large fries? but this is what it looked like. I was told this was indeed a large by the manager, and a ?regular? fry was half of this amount. I will let you be the judge if this is a large fry or not?.(AA battery for comparison) Take this into consideration when choosing where you want to spend your hard earned money.

15 minutes in the drive thru, staff wasn't rude, but not friendly. Order was wrong, fries and tenders were cold and soggy, no sauce. I can understand mistakes happen, but this is the third time in two weeks to experience the same thing. Overpriced, undeserved and not worth it all together.

New menu item Styrofoam chicken, yummy! Just kidding, I know mistakes happen but this was disappointing to see when I got home:

Check your bag. We are cognizant sauces cost extra. Like a dollar isn?t gonna hurt me. If I say I want 4 sauces give me what I ask for. Like how hard is that to grasp.
