Rickard Ridge Bbq - Caryville

I forgot to take a picture of the main course, but here is a photo of the dessert from our experience at Cove Lake State Park. The food was amazing! The meatloaf and mashed potatoes were both delicious, and the portion size was generous. My mom ordered the strawberry mandarin salad with added chicken and she absolutely loved it. We will definitely be returning. For dessert, we tried the fried cheesecake burrito with ice cream, which was a delicious treat.

We unintentionally stumbled upon the owner's birthday party, but had a pleasant experience. The barbecue was delicious, and the service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere was cozy and laid-back, with a group of older men performing outlaw country and folk music. It was an enjoyable outing with colleagues in a welcoming setting.

This restaurant is a fantastic barbecue spot. I have high standards when it comes to barbecue, and this place is one of my favorites. The building is beautiful and well-designed, with stunning views from the large picture windows. The staff was friendly and great with children. The food was delicious. We will definitely return the next time we are in town.

Great food! Music was a little loud, which I was getting a to go order, so I didn't care.. But the food was delicious!

Such an excellent spot and the views are unbeatable on the patio. Very friendly and attentive staff. The beer battered mushrooms were crunchy and fresh from the fryer, the smoked chicken was flavorful and most, the mashed potatoes and gravy weredelicious, and the hushpuppies were phenomenal! Every thing was very fresh and hot when brought to my spot on the patio. Theirraspberry doughnut cheesecake was too die for! If they have it when you're there don't miss out! I will be back next time I'm inthe area!!
