Thank you for always getting my order right and for memorizing both mine and my friends' preferences. You truly are that exceptional! I also want to give a shoutout to two fantastic employees who take such great care of me every time: Gabby and Gabriel, thank you! This Starbucks is quite popular since there are only two in town, so they often run out of products. I recommend calling ahead to avoid a wasted trip.
This Starbucks used to have some amazing employees, but my recent experiences have been quite disappointing. They frequently run out of basic items like straws, whipped cream, and even 16oz cups. On the evening of May 28th around 6:00 PM, I asked about their constant shortages, and the employee I spoke to reacted defensively, blaming her manager and adopting a very unfriendly attitude. To make things worse, she rudely handed me a box of colorful straws that looked like they came from Safeway, forcing me to rummage through them to find one. This is not only unpleasant but also unsanitary, especially during COVID times. Overall, the management here leaves much to be desired. I think I’ll stick to Dutch Brothers and the other two Starbucks locations I frequent, as they truly deserve five stars. This Starbucks at Safeway really needs to improve.
They're constantly running out of almost everything, even cups! While most of the staff is friendly, there is one barista who acts like she's above the job and still struggles to get the orders correct.
There was a large sign at the counter advertising a delicious caramel iced coffee. However, to my surprise, they didn’t have any caramel available because of the Joe Biden "Build Back Better" initiative. Naturally, I inquired why they would advertise a caramel drink if they didn’t actually have caramel. The baristas gave me a look as if I were just an old, grumpy man expressing outdated opinions. If something isn’t available, don’t promote it!
I'm a big fan of Starbucks! Living in Casa Grande, my options are limited, and this location often runs out of menu items. I really enjoy their Pumpkin Bread with my daily iced coffee, but if I don't get there before noon, it's usually sold out. I've tried to buy two slices, but I'm not sure if there's a purchase limit or if I'm just lucky enough to grab the last piece nearly every day. Unfortunately, the WiFi here is unreliable, and cell service seems to be spotty inside the store as well. Make sure to load funds onto your app before heading in! On the bright side, the staff is always friendly, and the coffee is consistently excellent, which is what keeps me coming back—plus, it's close to home!
