Pure. Healthy Cafe - Casablanca

We were the only ones in the cafe. The menu is reasonably priced with a selection of 4 salads, 3 juices, a few teas, and 1 dessert to choose from. The pancakes are not vegan, but the salads are tasty and healthy, similar to what I would make at home. I would come back for a cup of coffee and cake in a peaceful atmosphere. Hopefully, they have a more elaborate vegan-friendly menu for breakfast or lunch.

We had a lovely dinner here at 7:00 PM and thoroughly enjoyed every dish we tried.

When we arrived to dine at this restaurant, the only vegan option on the menu was a clearly labeled "vegan brownie". However, we were served the non-vegan carrot cake with honey drizzle on top. Despite our attempts to clarify, the staff insisted that this was the vegan brownie, even though it contained honey and cream cheese. It was clear that most of the staff were not familiar with the concept of veganism, and communication was difficult as we did not speak French. Thankfully, the kitchen chef intervened and resolved the situation. They were very apologetic and did not charge us for the cake.

My partner and I were the only customers in the cafe that evening. The menu is quite simple, offering only 4 salads, 3 juices, a few teas, and one dessert. Unfortunately, the pancakes are not suitable for vegans. However, the salad we ordered was delicious and prepared in a very healthy manner, similar to something I would make at home. I would definitely return for a peaceful cup of coffee and a slice of cake. Hopefully, they have a more extensive vegan-friendly menu for breakfast or lunch.

We had a pleasant dinner at this restaurant (closes early at 7:00 pm) and enjoyed all of their dishes.
