Salmon Sushi - Casablanca

The place is tiny but comfortable when you go in, and the staff is friendly. The sushi is fresh and tasty, and the service is quick.

Food was alright but the waiting was extremely long. We waited 1 hour to get our order.

Only giving three starts because the food was good, but the service was exceptionally bad unfortunately. Was never acknowledged by the waiter (Would have understood if it was busier) but luckily had the menu on the table already. When I got my food I still had to ask for something to drink and for napkins. Also I specifically went to an Asian restaurant to avoid cheese and searched for only items on the menu without cheese because I have an allergy to dairy and I’m also taking medication at the moment that doesn’t allow me to have dairy products. So when I got my first dish it had cheese. I told the waiter that I ordered this because it didn’t have cheese and that I have an allergy so he grabbed the menu to double check, and then after taking my food back had me follow him to the kitchen to explain this again to the chef! It all felt very insulting, and for the waiter to not speak again after that until I handed a tip....ridiculous. Would have been better off serving myself. Hate leaving long rants, but I hope my experience was only because the server. The host was nice, and like I said the food was good. But I would never be hungry enough again to go there and pay to be treated badly.
