Each person is a world and each comment too. In my case, I want to congratulate Bar Faico for its food, its service and its atmosphere. I loved the way they treat all customers equally and I think the tapas and especially the sandwiches are outrageous. Everything was great....we had dinner at the fair on August 20....full place....quick service.....we ordered Moorish skewers...chimichurri potatoes...squid...cuttlefish....ear and several sandwiches... I recommend the chivito. Everything is great and cheap....10 people...181 euros and drinking a lot of beer.
The quality is good, but I don 't understand how asking for the most expensive dishes on the menu they give you the smallest cuttlefish ever seen, or why if you ask for the fuertecito tinto de verano they give you half a glass while the rest are They serve it in a Basque glass of water. They don 't bring you the bill, they tell you what you have to pay and you have to believe it. They must have seen us face of Panolis tourists. Thanks for leaving us hungry.
Well, I have to say that on Sunday April 17, everything went wrong in this bar, I understand that there were thousands of people in town because it was the day it was, we had to wait (totally understandable), but what disappointed me is that we ordered plates of gizzards at 12 euros each, and the pieces of gizzards could be perfectly counted, because it looked more like a dish than chicha, they were embarrassing!!! The ear is good, and the chimichurri potatoes too. But.......after ordering those dishes, we ordered some sandwiches, a total of 11 sandwiches, after 40 minutes in which we did not complain at any time, because there were a lot of people, the waiter came and told us that I was sorry, but they couldn't make us the sandwiches, if we wanted them we would have to wait 2 more hours.....in short...we left wondering why the rest of the tables were served sandwiches , just the one that was behind us and a few more... I asked the waiter if they had run out of stock, and he told me no, that it was simply because it was that day that there were a lot of people and the kitchen did not give more ...... my question is ... why they did not want to serve us the sandwiches? Why did they serve sandwiches at other tables, before and after us? Thank you
