We live in Garden Valley and decided to drive up today to try this restaurant. We are so happy we did and we will certainly be regular customers moving forward. I had no idea this place existed but we stumbled on it when the place by the lake was closed. The service and atmosphere was great. The menu was so good and so many awesome options that are different from the Idaho norm. The meatloaf was to die for and the mashed potatoes were excellent. My daughter got the pesto pasta and it was also very good. I can't wait to come back. I may even come back this weekend. There are a few things I have to try (saw the fish and chips and it looked legit). A+

Palooza is undoubtedly the best restaurant in Cascade, and it all starts with Sidney, the manager and owner. She's a dynamic multitasker and a true professional in the restaurant industry, and Palooza reflects her expertise. The menu is extensive, featuring everything from steaks to fish to burgers. I tried the ribeye steak, and it was fantastic! The restaurant also offers a wide selection of beers and wines. Sidney is quite the connoisseur and helped me select the perfect wine to pair with my meal. If you find yourself in the Cascade area, be sure to stop by Palooza; you won’t regret it.
