Worst customer service ever. I’ve been calling for days, left voicemails and have sent emails with zero replies. I have a customers machine torn apart and no way to fix it because I can’t even get a hold of the manufacturer.

I was about the order one, but pulled back on the last minute. It was my dream machine, but I could not justify the purchase.

Rude, offensive staff. After researching, found out many buyers complain of the same thing and the mi hi e supposedly falls apart and is cheaply made. Don’t support American made junk like this if you are serious about coffee.

Definitely a unique brand. But it’s more than just a name or coffee. It’s revolutionizing the coffee industry and how it’s made with one of a kind machines that let YOU finely tune your coffee for a better taste that’ll have you wanting more
