Contribuisci feedbackPlaced a mobile order here twice, then both got canceled. Not sure why honestly because we mobile order from this location all the time since it 's closest to our home. We went thru the drive thru to pick it up and again it canceled as it said to head your way to the drive thru and give your name. The lady told us she had no mobile orders at all. I asked her can she tell me why my orders were canceled. She directly said I don 't manage or handle online orders. It just goes through the mobile/computer order and they are the ones they customer service of the mobile app who choose to cancel it or have the orders go through. So what you 're telling me is that the store doesn 't directly get these orders? And that your customer service handling the mobile app is just wildly canceling mobile orders with no reason at all?! That 's the worst freakin ' customer service and a way for you to lose sales. But there was nothing she could do but take my order through drive thru, but I wanted to use my rewards which is why we continuously use the mobile app to order. You guy really suck at this location too always leaving out food and **** and then do not know how to answer your store phone so it 's ridiculous and wasting our time and gas for items that should have already been our bag. Rippin ' people off plus horrible customer service, I hope y 'all have the day you deserve.
This place stole about $26 from me and didnt give me my food. I was so sad because it was the last money i had for food and i even asked for a manager and they just kept dismissing me. I was not rude, I had proof of the money being taken and they just wouldn't listen to me. ?
I want to say though the staff at this particular tacobell is very nice/kind/friendly. However -Ordered a #7 combo like I always do, with a soft taco instead of hard taco.The soft taco came out fineBut the quesadilla was by far the worst i have ever had from tacobell.. and this is coming from someone who has ordered it many times.The chicken in the quesadilla was... hard and crunchy. I felt like i was eating chicken that was forgotten about at the bottom of the bin in the freezer.More needs to be done on quality control of ingredients.. Would have left a comment on tacobell via their contact form but it wont even let me hit submit, go figure.
Food was hot and delicious and it got here quick (originally a doordash review). Thanks to my dasher for getting the right order I've been having issues. Much appreciation to them! They (in store team) also care an awful lot at this taco bell location I went in to get the empanadas and because they were out and the workers weren't aware they did their best to make it right. Consideration like that is hard to come by. They also generally had a great attitude and relationship with each other noticed plenty of smiles and laughter amongst the team. I absolutely love that. Keep up the great work. It’s also very clean in this location and the kiosk to order allows you to see the menu and pricing a bit better and the workers can focus on completing orders and addressing the drive thru. Never thought I'd be raving about a taco bell location lol
I ordered a chalupa crave box no sour cream due to my allergy to and you would figure they would respect my request... Unfortunately that's not the case ... I called to speak to some one but conveniently they wouldn't answer... I don't recommend this establishment.... Oh and they also forgot to give me a receipt as well... So food I can't eat and no way to make it right...
