Came here for a nice dinner, rotating staff each of them very knowlagable with dishes and wine and super friendly. Food was seasonal, so very fresh and delicious. The place has a lovely atmosphere and is comfortable to spend a great evening. Parking: Paid parking available right next to the property if you are not staying in the hotel. A beautiful restaurant... waiting for the Michelin star? The Bishop's Buttery is the gourmet restaurant of the Cashel Palace, Relais Châteaux hotel. I tried the 8-course Tasting Menu accompanied by disconcertingly accurate food/wine pairings at an affordable price for a 5-star hotel: €125 and €75 respectively. An easily readable cuisine met my expectations with different inspirations: Irish, Mediterranean, French... And to end the evening, the hotel's Guinness bar opens its doors to you! What better ?
