Serendipity Cafe - Casper

Serendipity offers the best ice cream in town, and perhaps even in the entire state. There's a Cold Stone just two blocks from my house, but I've never been there because this place is so fantastic that I can't seem to go anywhere else.

I really love this place! They offer a wide variety of flavors, including cotton candy. I also appreciate that when you order a cone and a cup, they serve the ice cream in a bowl with the cone on top. However, I haven't tried the boba tea yet because I didn't realize they had it!

This is a remarkable establishment with delicious ice cream, featuring the best sugar-free options I've ever tasted. The customer service is top-notch. Sophia was exceptionally patient and kind with my two children, who were struggling to pick a flavor. When we visited again, the ice cream was just as fantastic as the first time. This visit, Bailey took care of us and was fantastic, offering great insights about their products.

The ice cream here is incredible, and they offer a wide variety of other options too. The prices are reasonable, and I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve tried! Jon takes great pride in his service and really goes above and beyond to care for his customers. They serve crepes, coffee, boba drinks, shakes, smoothies, and even waffles! It’s a fantastic spot for families, and don’t forget to check their Facebook page for daily special discounts!

The ice cream here is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The person ahead of me seemed to be a regular, as they knew her name and exactly what she wanted. They also play movies for the kids while they enjoy their ice cream; my children watched "The Emperor's New Groove" and had such a great time that they couldn't wait to come back!
