Tim Hortons - Cassadaga

The coffee is not Canadian level Tim Hortons coffee so you will be disappointed. The food was good and service was fast and efficient.

Kevin waited on us. He's a spry old fellow, probably in his 80's or 90's, but he'll shuffle around wiping counters, machines, tables, chairs, windows, door handles and his glasses. He moves like a teenaged girl; you know, his hips wobble a little. He'll treat you right when buy a coffee, then wave enthusiastically as you depart the lobby. Oh, Timmy Ho!

As a former Tim Hortons employee, I just wanna take a second to thank your team for the pleasant, fast, and professional service.I have yet to go to a location that holds their standards as high as I held mine when I ran my team.The staff worked well together, got my ordered prepared fast and it was picture perfect!Great job to the entire team, and thank you!

Very unhappy. Could not use the app in Cassadaga NY

We are from out of town, our family was here for a funeral so this was out first experience with Tim Hortons. We had a rather large order so we thought it works take a min to get done. Our sandwiches got done and waited almost 20 more min for 3 iced lattes while 7 other people were served. Food was cold and was not even offered a refund or discount. An apology does not cut it in a situation like this. If give no stars if I could!
