Taco Bell - Casselberry

After the terrible service in the night before. I called to this Taco Bell explain to them my question and what happened in the quietest and most respectful way I could and when I did the manager Mr Miguel not only asked me to come what the type of person offered the world to give me my food extra, and to me a drink that I did not order and more I am absolutely shocked at the professionalism and respect in the management of the shop, I definitely as a regular way and

I got the Super Bowl and it was good. I'm vegetarian, so I'm not going in for all meat dishes.

Finally put an order after you set in the thru drive for 20 minutes. Nothing in my order was right. I called the location and said I had to come back to hopefully get the right order. I asked for a refund and I was told I wouldn't have to come to the store for it. I told them I'm not going back and I'm gonna put my card on the phone. This place sucks and the staff are morons. Find another location.

Even before covid struck this place has been terrible from start. Every time we come here either our food is not cooked or they give us an order with nothing on it or on top of that we don't even get our order at. Employees take their sweet time and even one employee told Us (a paying customer) where on her time and we'd get our food when she feels like it?. The line is backed up as always to the entrance of the shopping plaza on to the road of 436. Taco Bell you could do so much better and I'm sad to see this type of business I really honestly think you guys would have been better off if you just left this place shut down and never put a Taco Bell here because that's how good this place is as it stands. I love Taco Bell and what you stand for but this place embarrasses what your company stands for and means.
