Had a little pizza to eat in was excellent. Not much dining area. Type of meal: Lunch Price per person: CA$1–10

My pizza arrived well before the promise period and was fresh and hot. The supplier had a great personality food: 5 Service: 5

Good food, quick pick up. Go home for 25 minutes and still hot. Service: Take Meal Type: Dinner Price per person: CA$60–70 Service: 5 Atmospheric: 4

Food was excellent great atmosphere the only thing for me was the service. My family has owned restaurants in the past and you always hope that the servers represents you well . That day the weather was not at its best but we were at a hockey tournament at Richcraft we were about 10 that showed up we usually call in advanced but didn't that time. The server showed and told us she wasn't very happy that we didn't call in advanced and made sure we felt uncomfortable that they had sent the other servers home because of the weather and now she was alone and we were to many there was only 2 other people in the restaurant I'm sure the owners wouldn't of been impress with that . We even told her we weren't in a rush and her reply was indirectly not to expect the best service and that the food might take longer. Other then that she provided us with great service and was nice but it made us feel uncomfortable . But great food

My wife ordered the LG Perfect Combo from the Casselman location on February 3, 2023, which seems to be the main office location according to the website. Unfortunately, when the food arrived, the pizza and fries were burnt and everything was cold except for the drinks. She called to inform them and spoke to what appeared to be the manager, who explained that they were very busy and the cold weather outside was causing the food to become cold as customers picked up their orders. The manager offered to come pick up the food and refund our money. However, we received a call back from an employee who stated they would not be coming to pick up the food and informed us that we were placed on a No Service List. My wife expressed that we had no intention of returning. It is ironic that we were put on a No Service List when we did not receive any service in the first place.
