Saumarez Park Tea Rooms - Castel

Beautiful park, great children's area, stunning plants, flowers and trees, caffe, shops, museum, lake beautiful, to go around as well. in any case worth a visit.

I live in Guernsey, and it's always a pleasure to take a stroll through this park. The restored pagoda is absolutely stunning, with exquisite craftsmanship. Last week, I took my macaw, Mika, with me, and we both enjoyed meeting new people. There's also a café and a large playground for children.

A beautiful park ideal for all age groups and every amount of nice play equipment for children in a safe area. plus adult trainer in a separate area. great place for picnics and a very well-stocked caffe and cheap.

The facilities are great, and the café hasn’t changed much in over a decade—it has a charming atmosphere. The restrooms are well-maintained, and there’s an outstanding outdoor studio that stands out. The children’s playground is truly top-notch. This park is genuinely one of my favorites in the world, not only for its beauty but also for the nostalgic memories I hold from my childhood visits (which is just a bonus). Additionally, the North Show is held here each year, where you can buy everything from a giant bevel to cauliflowers the size of a child!

The grounds are stunning and provide a great space for children to play. The café is perfect for both adults and kids, offering delicious food. The staff are consistently helpful and accommodating, making it a very family-friendly environment.
