We had dinner at this restaurant to try the pizzas especially since they were recommended to us and honestly the base the dough was not to my liking, they make them very thick and they were bland, but I have to highlight the abundance and quality of the rest of the ingredients. Authentic Italian cuisine in Castell de Ferro. We tried some Ravioli Bolognese and some Pacheri with Guanciale and Mascarpone and they were spectacular. All Italian products, the Menabrea beer, a Grillo wine and the delicious Limoncello family recipe of the house. We will be back soon to continue testing the rest of the menu.
